• Login as an administrator
• Move ahead to view: /ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Startmenu/Program/Startup, for Windows 8, 7 and Vista
• For Windows XP, see: /Documents and settings/All users/Start Menu/Program/Startup.
• Format QuickBooks web connector
• Restart the PC once again
• Open QuickBooks program
